Fridays: 12-close *Meat raffle 7PM, weekly drawing 8:10PM, $3 ole smoky & cherry bombs
Saturdays: 11-close *$4 bloodies & $2 screwdrivers 11AM-2PM (excluding bloody mary bar days)
Sundays: 11-close ($2 domestics & rail only)
***During bar/campground events, please be courteous in supporting the tavern; outside drinks during events are NOT allowed. You will politely be asked to leave.***
June
14th: Come celebrate Erik's 40th Birthday! We’re kicking things off at 1 PM with a delicious Cajun Boil—flavors, spices, and all the fixings for a great time. Bring a vegetable, meat, or seafood to add to the boil! Then, stick around for live music from Weston Schissel, performing from 7–11 PM. It’s going to be a day full of good food, great tunes, and unforgettable memories while Erik turns another year more handsome!
15th: Celebrate Father's Day with us and show Dad how much he’s appreciated! Enjoy great company, delicious drinks, and to make it even better, his second drink is on us. It’s the perfect way to toast to the man of the hour and make this Father’s Day extra special!
21st: Join us for a day full of fun, food, and friendly competition! Start with Breakfast & Bloodies at 10 AM—enjoy a hearty breakfast provided by Poor Folks and sip on a delicious Bloody Mary from the cash bar. (Bring a breakfast dish if you wish)
At 1 PM, gather your crew for Bar Olympics—form a 4-man team and take on various trials to see who is the most Wisconsin Bar Olympics qualified!
Wrap up the day with live music from Sean & Ian Okamoto, performing from 7–10 PM. It’s a full day of great food, epic games, and awesome tunes you won’t want to miss!
28th: Bring the kids out for some outdoor fun at our Kids Fishing Derby, starting at 1 PM! It’s the perfect chance for young anglers to cast their lines, reel in some fish, and enjoy a day by the water. Prizes will be awarded for the biggest catch, so make sure to bring your fishing gear and get ready for a reel good time!
July
5th: Join us for a day of parades and live music! Campground Parade kicks off at 11:30 AM, followed by the Boat Parade at 1 PM—both full of fun, flair, and campground spirit. Then, get ready to rock out with MadLee Band, performing from 8–11 PM to keep the party going all night long.
12th: The Bear Lake Regatta is a fun-filled event where participants decorate their boats or pontoons in creative themes and spend the day cruising on the beautiful waters of Bear Lake. It’s a time for friends and family to come together, show off their festive boat designs, and enjoy the lively atmosphere on the lake.
Get ready for a night of fun and excitement for the kids! Kid’s Prom runs from 4–8 PM, dress your little ones up and join us for an evening of dancing, laughter, and memorable moments. Afterward, head over for Movie on the Lawn at 8 PM, where it’s all about the kiddos! Grab fresh popcorn in the bar before settling down on the lawn for a family-friendly movie.
26th: Celebrate Christmas in July with a full day of holiday cheer! Start your morning off with Breakfast & Bloodies at 10 AM, featuring a delicious breakfast provided by Poor Folks on the patio and a Bloody Mary cash bar. (Bring a breakfast dish if you wish)
At 11am, get into the festive spirit with a Parade through the Campground, followed by Site Judging at 2 PM—there’s a prize for the best-decorated site! The kids can enjoy a Christmas craft & hunt for candy canes at 1PM before the Christmas Movie on the lawn at 7 PM.
It’s also an Ugly Sweater, Tank, or Shirt Party at 6 PM, so come dressed in your most festive attire! Cap off the night with some fun with Karaoke starting at 7 PM. A full day of Christmas fun, no matter the season!
August
2nd: "It’s not your average tea party—leave the cups at home! Bring a bedpan, blender, coffee pot, or even a shoe, and get ready to sip, spill, and surprise at the wildest anything-but-a-cup party around!"
Join us for a night with Dylan Martinson, performing live from 7–10 PM! Enjoy great tunes, good company, and a lively atmosphere as Dylan brings his music to the stage.
9th: Get ready for a BBQ Cookoff to remember! Bring your best ribs—however you like it—and compete for the title of Best Ribs! Prizes will be awarded for People’s Choice 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, with all ribs ready to be judged by 4 PM.
After all the delicious BBQ, it’s time for Movie on the Lawn at 7 PM—a fun night for the kiddos! Stop by the bar for some fresh popcorn, then head to the lawn for a family-friendly movie..
16th: Get ready for the Campground Pub Crawl at 4 PM! Decorate your campsite with a creative "themed bar" and get ready to crawl through the campground, visiting other sites for fun and drinks. The best-themed bar will win a prize, so let your imagination run wild!
23rd: Start your day right with Breakfast & Bloodies at 10 AM—enjoy a delicious breakfast provided by Poor Folks on the patio, with a Bloody Mary cash bar to kick off the fun. (Bring a breakfast dish if you wish)
Then, at 4 PM, the kiddos can get creative with Pizza Building and try their luck at Candy Bar Bingo.
30th: Join us for Corn Fest—enjoy free corn until it’s gone, and savor this delicious summer treat! Test your skills in the Cornhole Tournament at 12 PM, a friendly competition with prizes for the best teams. Then, take on more challenges with a Corn Eating Contest, a Sweet Corn Husking Contest, and a fun Corn on the Cob Toss. Cap off the day with live music from Rich Schroeder, performing from 5–8 PM.
September
6th: Join us for a delicious Campground Fish Fry at 1 PM! Bring your favorite dish to pass and enjoy a meal with fresh fish. It’s a great way to gather, share good food, and enjoy the company of your fellow campers!
13th: Start your Poker Run Day off right with a Bloody Mary cash bar at Poor Folks at 9 AM! Don’t miss the perfect kickstart to an exciting ride! Stops include: The Rut, 3rd Base, Cousin’s Hideaway, Teddy Bear Tap, Rummel’s, The Getaway, V&M bar, & Poor Folks Saloon
20th: Get ready for an Early Halloween celebration! Dress the kiddos up in their spookiest costumes and decorate your campsite—there’s a prize for the best campsite! The fun kicks off with a parade through the campground at 12 PM, followed by Trick or Treating. Then, grab some popcorn at the bar and head to the lawn for a Halloween movie at 7 PM!
27th: Join us for a festive Breakfast & Bloodies at 10 AM—enjoy a delicious breakfast provided by Poor Folks on the patio, with a Bloody Mary cash bar to get the party started! (Bring a breakfast dish if you wish)
Then, the Oktoberfest fun continues with exciting activities like a Stein Holding Contest. Dress up for the Dirndl and Lederhosen Contest, with a prize for the best-dressed—and don’t miss out on some classic fall fun with Apple Bobbing. It’s the perfect way to kick off the day with great food, drinks, and lively festivities to celebrate Oktoberfest!
October
4th: Join us for our Anniversary/Customer Appreciation Party as we celebrate YOU! Enjoy live music from the Catalyst Band from 1–4 PM, playing all your favorite tunes. Lunch will be served at 12 PM, so come early, grab a bite, and enjoy a delicious meal while mingling with friends and fellow customers. It’s our way of saying thank you for your support and making this first year extra special!
11th: Get ready for a Campfire Cookoff! Put your cooking skills to the test by making your best dish using only a campfire for cooking. Whether it’s a savory stew, grilled delights, or a tasty dessert, the sky’s the limit! The dish must be ready by 4 PM for judging, and there will be a People’s Choice prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. It’s the perfect way to show off your campfire cooking talents, enjoy some delicious food, and compete for some awesome prizes!
